Common questions

The same answers we'd give in support. Plain English, no legalese.

How do I pick the right pass?
Count restaurants × dates × meals. One restaurant, one date, one meal is 1 watch. Breakfast and dinner across three days is six watches, the Trip Pass. The trip sizer above does this math for you.
What's a watch?
A watch monitors one restaurant, on one date, for one meal: breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The alert fires the moment any table opens in that sitting. More than one meal, or more than one day, is one watch each.
What if my plans change?
Watches are spent at creation and aren't refunded if you delete them. The pre-creation confirmation names the restaurant, party, date, and meal you're about to commit. If a date moves, you'd start a new watch on the new date from your remaining capacity.
When does my pass expire?
Free watches never expire. Watch Pack ($6.99, 3 watches) is valid 12 months. Trip Pass ($12.99, 6 watches) and Priority Pass ($24.99, 12 watches) are valid 90 days. Unused watches expire with the pass.
Will I be charged again later?
No. Every paid pass is a one-time charge. There's no subscription, no auto-renew, nothing to cancel. When a pass runs out or expires, you decide whether to buy another.
